Ajai Chowdhry is one of the six founder members of HCL, who began his journey more than three decades ago with a dream to give India its very own microcomputer. Chowdhry has been a key force in driving the growth of HCL and led the foundation of HCL's overseas operations, starting with Singapore in 1980s and later expanded to the other South Asian Markets. While addressing the audiences at the Entrepreneur India 2015 show, Chowdhry shares his view on supporting and mentoring growing entrepreneurs. He believe that for a young person to embark on the path of entrepreneurship they need certain qualities. One should have passion, fearlessness and dedication to become an entrepreneur. They should be armed with education, knowledge, and expertise of mentors and an ecosystem that supports and fosters their efforts.
