Instructions (Suggested time for meditation is 15 minutes)
1. Use your own technique to bring you to a relaxed state of consciousness.
2. State your intent for this meditation to be a tool to anchor Source light and the presence of the Pink Goddess Healing Ray throughout the entire area of Myanmar (Burma) and all people associated with this area, refugees, military, men, women, children and all living beings.
3. Visualize a pillar of brilliant white Light emanating from the Galactic Central Sun and the Core of the Planet, see this light flowing upwards and downwards through all beings of Light inside our Solar System.
4. Visualize the Pink Goddess Ray descending through each living being throughout Myanmar (Burma). Visualize all refugees from this area in other parts of the world being enfolded with Light, Love and Healing. See the Sacred Halafian Pottery spinning over this area, anchoring the pure Goddess Love and Light.
5. Visualize honest humanitarian aid being brought to all in this area and see all Military and Cabal driven men and women stepping down from violence, control, anger and separation and see them turning to the Light and accepting Healing.
